Vendador, a US-based company, needed to establish a strong social media presence across multiple platforms, monetizing social media while managing resources efficiently as a growing small business.

Approach
Diversifying: Going from posting only about food to a more holistic approach of “crafting an extraordinary experience”, I develop a content strategy that cover 4 main content pillars:
- Creative process & inspiration
- Cooking tutorial & recipe
- Storytelling: Running a private dining business
- Subtle conversational CTA
Repurposing: Using resource efficiently is one of our biggest challenges since filming at events is tricky. To maintain always-on content, I apply repurposing of performing content with tactics like turning a newsletter with a high open rate into a carousel, or compiling old reels under one specific theme, for example, a cut of all finishing touches moments.
Optimizing: I help Vendador optimize all social media channels to improve performance and monetization. As a proponent of growth, I also experiment with content monthly to identify what works and double down on it.
Social Listening: Constantly researching for new filming trends, trending audio and adapting, not replicating.
Creative Contribution: Actively engage in rebranding discussion, videography direction, and testing options for new brand aesthetic and visuals.


Pop-up Event Promotion: Support ad-hoc requests for pop-up event sales by making promo videos, posters, and other related content. All events sold out their tickets.
